It’s that time of year when thoughts turn to time off, overindulging in rich food and spending seemingly endless hours not working.
Except that’s not what happens with us.
Whilst we may not be in the office (you can still catch us on email), most of us are still working behind the scenes, checking on the events we have set in motion before the break.
Sure, we take time out to be with family, go on long walks and watch rubbish movies like the rest of you, but there’s not a member of the team who doesn’t think about what might be happening to their customers.
And with good cause, as most of what we look at is positive news.
During 2019 Aqueous evolved again and continued our steady progress towards being the ‘Search Specialists of Choice’.
We employed a hugely experienced SEO consultant to review our systems, processes and procedures and make recommendations on how we should improve them for our customers.
We planned, process mapped and then executed the installation of a brand new Zoho CRM system during the year, to further support the recommendations made by the SEO consultant.
We defined and codified our systems and processes into the CRM to ensure that we have a replicable system that works, not just for some of our customers, but for all of them.
And we added on more staff; another Salesperson, another Digital Marketing Analyst, a Content Manager and in January we will have a full-time Customer Relationship Manager.
It’s been quite a year!
And still, we are restless. We strive for excellence and are hard on ourselves when we don’t reach it. We continue to invest in our people with role-specific training and Personal Development plans for everyone.
Because we know that we are only as good as the people who work for us. And those people are amongst the best in the business.
So as 2019 comes to a close we wish all our customers, friends and acquaintances a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we look forward to continuing the journey with you in 2020.
