We thought we’d done well by getting to £1,200 in the recent big Charity Shave off but a flurry of late contributions and a top up from the Aqueous coffers meant that the final total raised was £1,500.
Rather than sit on the money we chose to distribute it as quickly as we possibly could and so a few weeks ago cheques were presented to John Galloway, representing Speed of Sight and Debbie Dixon, representing CRY.
We were delighted to have been able to help these wonderful charities and even happier to receive this lovely letter of thanks from CRY Head Office
And to think, for the cost of a haircut the money raised has gone to help disadvantaged youngster and individuals and families suffering from heart problems. We would like to say a huge ‘thank you from everyone at Aqueous Digital to everyone who contributed, either with money or their time. We’d especially like to thank Dawn and the rest of the staff Barber #1 in Northwich who were so helpful with both their time and money.
