We believe our staff have the right to work in an environment free of bullying, intimidation, harassment and violence. This covers all aspects of our business and communications whether in person, in writing or via digital media a such as social platforms. Aqueous Consulting Ltd recognises it has a legal and ethical responsibility to ensure that employees are not subject to inappropriate behaviour that will not only affect their performance but also their health and wellbeing. Anyone found in breach of this policy will be refused treatment and barred from our premises. We also reserve the right, where applicable, to take legal action should the need arise.
